Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Erstan Pty Ltd (ABN 98 697 458 914), which operates Changeport ("Changeport", "we", "us"). They apply when you use changeport.ai, the Changeport application, its API or its MCP server. If you use Changeport for an organisation, you agree to these terms on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so; "you" then means that organisation.
1. The service
Changeport connects to NetSuite environments, captures their configuration and code, compares environments and snapshots, and previews and deploys the changes your team approves. Changeport is in limited launch: we are adding and changing features, and we may change or remove parts of the service. We aim to keep Changeport available but do not currently offer a service level agreement.
2. Accounts and users
An account holds workspaces, and each workspace holds environments. Account owners can add people to the whole account or to a single workspace and choose their roles. You are responsible for the people and AI agents you give access to, for what they do in your account, and for keeping sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly at hello@changeport.ai if you believe your account has been misused.
3. Your NetSuite environments
When you connect an environment, you authorise Changeport to install its collector and certificates, read the environment's configuration and code, and, when a user with permission deploys a change or a recovery change, write that change to NetSuite. You confirm you are entitled to give us this access. Changeport deploys only the plan that was previewed and records every attempt, but you are responsible for reviewing changes, for your environments' protection rules, and for the effect of changes you deploy. NetSuite controls what can be changed: some objects cannot be deleted through SuiteCloud, and restoring configuration does not reverse business transactions already processed.
4. AI agents and API access
You can connect AI agents and other clients through the API or MCP server. A client acts with the permissions you grant it and is treated as the user who authorised it. Review and deploy permissions for AI clients start switched off. You are responsible for the clients you connect and for their providers' terms.
5. Free trial
A new account includes a 7-day free trial with no card required. If you have not subscribed when the trial ends, captures and new deployments may pause. Your snapshots, exports and recovery tools remain available.
6. Fees and billing
- The plan costs US$399 a month per account, including 2 connected NetSuite environments, plus US$199 a month for each additional connected environment. Every connected environment counts, including sandboxes, release previews and test drives. Disconnected and archived environments do not.
- Fees are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, through Stripe. When the number of connected environments changes, the next invoice is adjusted in proportion.
- Prices do not include taxes. If we are required to charge tax, we will add it to your invoice.
- If a payment fails, we may pause captures and new deployments until it is resolved. We do not delete your content because of a missed payment.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to account owners. A change applies from your next billing period after the notice period.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in Changeport's settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Fees already paid are not refundable for partial periods or unused environments, except where the Australian Consumer Law or another law requires a refund. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under that law.
8. Your content
You own the content you connect to or create in Changeport, including captured configuration, code, files and records. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. We do not use your content to train AI models. You can export snapshots at any time. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use Changeport to break the law or anyone's rights; connect systems you are not authorised to access; interfere with, probe or overload the service; get around its security, limits or protection rules; resell it without our agreement; or use it to build a competing product from our code or content.
10. Confidentiality and security
We treat your content as confidential and protect it with the measures described on our Security page. We access it only to provide the service, to help when you ask, to keep the service secure, or when the law requires it.
11. Third-party services
Changeport works with services we do not control, including Oracle NetSuite, GitHub, Clerk, Stripe and the AI providers you connect. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access if you breach these terms, if payment remains unresolved, or if needed to protect the service or other customers; where we reasonably can, we will tell you first. You can stop using Changeport at any time. When your account is closed, you can export your snapshots beforehand, and we delete your content as described in our Privacy policy.
13. Warranties
We provide Changeport with due care and skill. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any change deployed through it will work as intended. Checks, reviews and AI suggestions help you decide; they do not guarantee that a change is correct.
14. Liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total liability arising from these terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. If the Australian Consumer Law applies and our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again or paying for it to be supplied again.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Changeport after that means you accept the updated terms.
16. General
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a sale or reorganisation of our business.
